Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your subscription, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then. Other changes take effect when they are published here.

2.1 Description

Fathom is a membership that gives you access to the Fathom platform: all nine Components, your Personal Brand Profile, the Dashboard and Aidan, an AI advisor. Membership is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, and there is no free tier. The Platform is provided "as is" for your personal use.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are clearly displayed. Level Group Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before access or delivery.

2.2A Subscription Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions to Fathom renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly as you chose at purchase. Your payment method is charged at the start of each new period. We may change the price of a subscription. We will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and it will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before it takes effect.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via Account Settings with one click and no friction.
• Cancellation before the renewal date prevents the next charge. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
• No partial refunds are given for the unused portion of a billing period after the 14-day cooling-off window.

2.3 Order Acceptance

When your payment succeeds, your order is accepted, the contract between us is formed and your access begins. We will send you a confirmation email setting out what you bought, the price, your renewal date and your cooling-off right.

2.4 Aidan

Membership includes Aidan, an AI advisor. Aidan's replies are generated by an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional advice. Aidan sees your Fathom data only in the categories you switch on in your settings, all of which are off until you choose otherwise. Aidan can suggest changes to your goals, habits, tasks, project time and Personal Brand Profile, but nothing changes unless you accept the suggestion, and Aidan never deletes anything. Use of Aidan is subject to daily and monthly limits; when a limit is reached, Aidan is unavailable until it resets.

2.5 Trials By Invitation

We may invite you to try Fathom with an invitation code. A trial gives full access for 14 days from when you redeem the code, needs no payment details and ends by itself. You are not charged unless you choose to subscribe.

2.6 Complimentary Access

We may give an account complimentary access at no charge, directly or through a promotional code. Complimentary access involves no billing, and we may end it at any time.

4.1 Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel within 14 days of your original purchase for a full refund of the amount you paid. Cancel from Account Settings: your subscription ends and your access stops immediately, and the refund is issued to your original payment method. The 14 days run from your original purchase, not from a later renewal, so a renewal does not start a new cooling-off period. After the 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is given.

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your financial provider.

5.1 Ownership

All materials on the Platform are owned by Fathom or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

5.2 Licence and Use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for individual learning. Redistribution, reproduction, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

5.3 User Content

If you upload content to the Platform, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish it as needed to operate the Platform.

8.1 No Warranties

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content or services for any purpose.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fathom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products/services purchased.

12.1 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Fathom regarding use and purchases via the Platform.

12.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.

12.4 Assignment

Fathom may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights without our written approval.
