    Before You Decide

    What is included in both plans?
    Everything. Both the annual and monthly plans give you full access to all nine Components, your personalised Dashboard and Aidan. There are no tiers and nothing is held back. The only difference between the plans is how often you are billed.
    Should I choose annual or monthly?
    Both include everything. Monthly suits starting now. Annual suits those who already know they’ll run the system for the long term. Choose the commitment that matches where you are.
    What happens after I subscribe?
    You go straight into the product and start with Explore. The recommended sequence is Explore, Evaluate then Execute, and Fathom becomes useful from the first Component you complete.
    Is there a trial?
    Membership begins when you choose a plan. The Personal Brand Assessment is open to everyone and is the best way to see how the system thinks before you join.
    How much time does it take?
    Less than you might think. Each Component takes minutes to complete, and you build them over time rather than in one sitting. Day to day, Fathom runs from the Dashboard: a quick check of today’s Goals, Habits and Tasks.
    How is Fathom different from a personal branding service?
    A personal branding service produces the visible layer: your LinkedIn profile, your content, your headshot. Fathom builds what sits underneath - what you stand for, where your reputation actually stands and the daily consistency that makes a brand credible - and records it in your Profile. If you later want help with content and visibility, that exists as the tier above Fathom.
    How does the 14-day cooling-off period work?
    You have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase - a statutory right we honour without friction. Cancel in your account settings for a full refund.
    How do I cancel?
    Cancel online at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
    Is my information private, and can I export it?
    Yes. Fathom is private by design, and you can export your data at any time from your account settings. It is yours.
